When you use the Checkup, we collect:

  • Business name and location (entered manually or selected from Google Maps)
  • Business website URL
  • Google Business Profile identifier (place_id)
  • Industry or trade category
  • Business metrics you provide during the questionnaire, including average ticket size, monthly lead volume, response time, after-hours coverage, and dormant lead count
  • Email address and phone number provided to view your audit results

To generate your audit, we access publicly available information about your business through:

  • Google Places API (Google Business Profile data, including reviews, hours, photos, and address)
  • Google PageSpeed Insights API (website performance metrics)
  • Firecrawl (your website's publicly visible content, including HTML structure and metadata)

We do not access any private or password-protected areas of your website or systems.

Audit results, including sub-scores, recommended actions, and revenue leak estimates, are stored in our database alongside your contact information for the purpose of providing your report and following up about Wonder System AI services. You may request deletion of your audit data at any time using the contact information at the bottom of this policy.
